Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to promote our restaurant brand, increase online presence, and attract more customers through engaging digital strategies.

Responsibilities :

Manage and grow the restaurant's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote menu, promotions, and events

Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels) to attract followers and customers

Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and respond promptly

Track campaign performance and provide reports / insights for improvement

Collaborate with the restaurant team for branding and marketing activities

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or social media management (F&B experience is an advantage)

Strong knowledge of social media trends and online advertising

Creative mindset with basic design / photography / video editing skills

Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
