Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for day to day in-house business development operation :

• Develop business e-marketing plans in coordination with business development manager to achieve revenue goals.
• To assist in monitoring and coordinating closely with your Manager mainly with supply chain management (from Purchase Order, Production, Payment Collection to Shipment) for local & international operation.
• To work closely with the in-house inventory team to ensure that stocks are sufficient for distribution to customers (Hospitals, Bumi Agents, Clinics & Pharmacies).
• To be constantly in communication with stakeholders especially with the Sales & Marketing Team as well as the Logistic, Warehouse & Distribution team.
• To assist in attending to enquiry / complaints and escalations in reference to product / service and distribution
• To create and / or generate reports for management on issues pertaining to sales review.
• Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration.
• You will be reporting to, Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
