OMBAK PANTAI HOLIDAY is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Reception Night Shift to join our team in Setiu Terengganu. As a part-time role, this position is ideal for those looking to supplement their income while developing valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and checking in / out guests in a warm and professional manner
• Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Managing the front desk operations during the night shift, including coordinating with other departments
• Ensuring the lobby and common areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times
• Providing exceptional customer service to uphold our company's reputation for excellence
• Performing other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the hotel
