Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Manage of Leave application and overtime pre-plan for Quality Assurance departmentManage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to company policies and procedures.Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.Label, document printing to support production need.Daily departmental general work coordination & administration.Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data.Collects data and compiles reports about production, ensure all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is completed accurately .Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Benefits
