Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction works on project at site, ensuring work completed and run smoothly.
• Coordinate and monitor Subcontractor activities at project site, ensure that all works carried out area in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and any other construction-related activities.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, conduct site survey and measurement work.
• To supervise site matters, manpower and liaise with sub-contractors etc.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Attend project / site meetings coordinate site activities.
• Liase with site consultant do site inspection and preparing inspection form.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, initiative and interpersonal skills to work well with his team.
• As site incharge person & progress planning.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.
• Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery projects.
• Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects.
• Deliver the work safety without environmental incidents.
• Ensure production and implementation of projects plans and waste management plans in line with company procedures.
