About the role

MBF SAG AUTO SDN BHD' is seeking a dedicated Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, while ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding actions
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Continuously expand your product knowledge to provide informed and accurate information to customers

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
