Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service flow.Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences consistently.Oversee team performance while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.Enforce high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the workplace.Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on schedule.Control inventory and monitor stock levels to maintain sufficient supplies.Support in preparing duty rosters and arranging staff shift schedules.Prepare, review, and submit daily sales and operational reports.Verify that all opening and closing tasks are carried out correctly.Job Requirements
- Proven background in a supervisory role within the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and team management capabilities.
- Customer-focused with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
