Role Description
The Senior Executive, Learning & Performance is responsible for supporting the implementation of learning, capability development, and performance management initiatives across the organization. This role will coordinate and execute programs that build employee skills, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enable a high-performance culture, while ensuring effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Learning & Capability Development
- Support the implementation of the organizations learning strategy in line with business goals and workforce needs.
- Coordinate learning and capability programs on upskilling, reskilling, and career development.
- Facilitate blended learning solutions, including classroom, digital, coaching, and mentoring approaches.
- Track learning analytics and feedback to support continuous program improvement.
- Performance Management & Culture Building
- Support the execution of the Performance Management System (PMS), including review cycles, calibration sessions, and performance reporting.
- Provide data, reports, and insights to integrate performance outcomes into rewards, succession, and workforce planning.
- Promote a culture of feedback and coaching through program facilitation and communication support.
- Leadership Development & Succession Planning
- Assist in the delivery of leadership development and talent acceleration programs.
- Support the identification and monitoring of high-potential employees and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Coordinate cross-functional assignments and leadership pipeline activities.
- Governance, Program Management & Budget Support
- Assist in annual L&D planning, program scheduling, vendor management, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and governance of learning and performance initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective program delivery.
- Data Analytics, Reporting & Impact Evaluation
- Prepare learning and performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports for management review.
- Collect and analyze training feedback, program assessments, and business impact data.
- Support HR analytics to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for workforce development.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Functional Leaders to implement learning and performance initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and program participation.
- Contribute to employee engagement through inclusive and accessible development opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CPLP) are an added advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Performance Management.Seniority level
