Your role
This position is responsible for maximizing the end-to-end service rate to customers at the lowest possible cost. Optimizing sourcing effectiveness by coordinating their flows and deliveries. Aligning all supply chain functions in their priorities to optimize service / cost performance, solve operational issues and anticipate alerts : supply chain helpdesk.
- AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES :
- Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. You are mainly responsible for achievement of agreed sales, brand productivity and in store visibility in assigned account and territory.
- Drive the achievement of sales target set by the company in assigned territory.
- Develop long term commercial relationship with assigned account and leveraging these relationships for commercial benefits of EL and the account.
- To work with existing accounts on quarterly and annual targets and plans.
- Monitor stock replenishment and distribution by assigned account and brand to ensure sell in and sell out are well executed.
- Drive in store merchandising activities that is superior to the competition through value added visitation.
- Identifying prospects, generating leads and promoting company products to optometry and eye care professionals.
- Provide feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage.
- Serve as the link of communication between account and internal teams.
- Attend of account feedbacks and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to account’s satisfaction.
- Weekly sales fundamental reporting.
- Work as a team to deliver team goals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEPreferred degree or equivalent in any discipline with 3-5 years of professional experience in sales field.Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skillsGood commercial acumen and relationship management (internal & external partners).Able to work independently and collaborate in team when required.Proficient spoken and written in English (Malay & Chinese language is a plus)CANDIDATE PROFILE :Educational Background : Educational Background : Preferred degree or equivalent
