Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and organize shipping documents, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
  • Perform accurate data entry for shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to track and coordinate shipments.
  • Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries to meet operational timelines.
  • Prepare and share reports on logistics performance and inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries on shipment status and delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and requirements.
  • Support inventory tracking and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative and office support to the logistics team.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work at KLIA
  • Job Type : Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
