Overview

Orius Digital is a boutique digital experience & eCommerce agency helping leading brands bring their ideas to life through world‑class design, strategy, and technology. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital experience projects—from UI / UX product design and creative production to website builds, eCommerce and web applications.

  • Mostly remote (twice a month in office or client site)
  • 4+ years experience in an agency environment

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects end‑to‑end—from scope definition to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, charters and documentation.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation and change requests effectively.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers and strategists to ensure deliverables meet quality and deadlines.
  • Run internal and client meetings, workshops, and weekly check‑ins.
  • Provide transparent status updates, burn reports and utilisation tracking.
  • Ensure seamless QA, UAT and Go‑Live processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Strategy teams to scope and plan new projects.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

    • Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a digital, creative or eCommerce agency.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and creative workflows.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Sheets, Slack and Keynote.

  • Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master)
  • Understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem from order to delivery
