Overview
Customer Service Representative role at Eaton in Selangor, Malaysia. Responsible for order processing, customer support, warranty claims and quality management system.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact to customers, managing order processing and ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Order Administration – Process orders, provide order acknowledgements, update status.
- Outbound Management – Follow up deliveries, create delivery notes, packing list, invoice.
- Warranty Support – Manage warranty claims, support RMA matters, coordinate with warehouse and technical team.
- Project Management – Track project orders and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Implement quality management system – Process approach, risk-based thinking, support QMS implementation, communicate QMS importance, ensure goals met, support continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in any field.5-8 years of customer service or order fulfillment experience or 2-3 years in same industry.Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.Basic writing and communication skills.Sense of responsibility and initiative.Ability to work in dynamic environment.EEO Statement
