Job descriptionInteract with the business and provide appropriate consultations on people and broader business challenges. Assist in translating People Strategy into actionable plans. Support Knowledge & Tactical of Human Resources in designing and executing people strategy and people-related initiatives. Facilitate candidate interviews and get involved in candidate selection by providing recommendations and insights from a Human Resources perspective. Ensure that all Human Resources policy and process activity is effectively delivered into the responsible business area(s) / entities. Support Human Resources community to ensure group Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are effectively implemented and monitored. Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior / entities. Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits. Assist in all audit reviews exercise. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline. At least 4 years working experience in Human Resources. Sound business acumen and strong communication skills. Familiar with Employment Act and other local regulations. Good interpersonal and people management skills. Possess strong leadership skills and ability to manage and deal with internal stakeholders. Innovative problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and prioritise effectively. High level of maturity and sense of responsibility. Good in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Summary
- Drive people strategy and initiatives in partnership with business head and HR teams in line with business strategies.
- Collaborate with Knowledge and Tactical Team in performance management, talent management, employee engagement and succession planning.
