Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team at Growmore Traders Sdn Bhd in our offices in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Head, that would include preparing all sales related documents like Performa Invoice etc.
• Working with the procurement team and place orders for products sold
• Ensure that all documentation is received from suppliers and sharing the same with the shipping team
• Follow up on customer payments before the shipment arrives
• Maintain accurate records of customer’s statement of accounts
