Project Manager (Software Development)

Your Mission

As a Project Manager at iMBrace, your core mission is to lead successful implementation and scale-up of AI-powered solutions across enterprise clients and partners. You will work at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and partner coordination—ensuring that delivery timelines, scope, and value outcomes are consistently met. You will oversee complex deployments involving business teams, IT stakeholders, System Integrators (SIs), and internal engineering / product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle : planning, coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Work with enterprise clients to define scope, requirements, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Manage multi-threaded implementation projects involving AI orchestration across Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, web, and back‑office systems.
• Lead an internal no‑code workflow development team to fulfill customer's requirements.
• Maintain project governance and accountability frameworks—keeping all stakeholders informed, aligned, and on track.
