Job descriptionService-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets. Preferably with sales or customer service experience from the retail industry. Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage. Willing to relieve at another branch or transfer to another branch. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Due to our expansion and opening of new branches in Kuantan, Johor, Petaling Jaya, Ampang & Penang, we are looking for fresh graduates to join us as Customer Service Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch targets.
- Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties.
- Prospect our services to walk-in customers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
