Our team delivers high-impact solutions across Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Manufacturing and related sectors. The successful candidate will be joining our team in Kuala Lumpur as a full-time employee and will be accountable for Technical Safety Engineering, including design, specification and services. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Team Leadership :

Mentor and develop a team of safety / risk consultants, guiding their professional growth and performance. Skills Development :

Identify technical skill gaps and lead targeted upskilling and training initiatives. Utilization Management :

Ensure the team meets utilization and efficiency targets, optimizing assignments and workloads. Bid & Proposal Support :

Provide accurate man-hour estimates and technical input for new project bids and proposals. Project Delivery :

Forecast and manage monthly invoicing, and review project reports for technical quality and completeness. Client Engagement :

Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping select projects and acting as a trusted technical contact. Safety Workshops (optional) :

Lead or facilitate HAZID, HAZOP and SIL workshops to ensure rigorous hazard identification and risk analysis. Candidate Profile (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and

15+ years

of relevant experience. Proven background in

upstream and downstream oil & gas

projects, with international experience (especially in Southeast Asia and North Sea regions). Expert proficiency in safety and risk tools :

QRA, FEA, NHHA (Non-Hydrocarbon Hazard Analysis), and Safety Case

development. Strong project management skills : ability to lead multi-discipline teams, manage budgets / schedules, and deliver projects on time. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring junior staff and liaising with clients. Full work authorization in Malaysia
