Finance Manager

Overview

To oversee Finance and Cost function of AIC Semiconductor Sdn. Bhd. To work collectively with the President, Directors, EXCO Members, Senior Management and staff to help achieve the corporate objectives of the company.

To plan, organize and implement financial, taxation, treasury and payroll procedures to enable the company to derive maximum benefits from its operations and corporate exercises. Policies and procedures implemented for the company should be consistent with local statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• To report the financials and cashflow position of the company to the Group Finance Department of Suzhou Good Ark Electronics Co. Ltd. and local statutory authorities.
• To provide ad-hoc reports when required by Management and Suzhou Good Ark Electronics Co. Ltd.
• To coordinate the preparation and submission of the annual company budget.
• To liaise effectively with relevant regulatory authorities, professional firms and individuals to ensure that AIC Semiconductor’s objectives and exercises are carried out.
• To supervise subordinates, including reviewing and monitoring their work performances and providing relevant training and coaching to achieve a satisfactory level of competency.
• To stay abreast of current development and take necessary steps to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining competitiveness.
• Any other tasks assigned from day to day.
