Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development and Sales Manager located in Penang, Malaysia. The Senior Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets are met. The individual will also work closely with other departments to enhance product offerings and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales skills including identifying opportunities, relationship building, and strategy execution
• Team management skills with experience in leading and motivating sales teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of the food and supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia
