About Us

Churn Ice Cream is more than just dessert – we create sweet memories through handcrafted ice creams, sourdough waffles, and unique catering experiences. From weddings and corporate events to in-store activations, we pride ourselves on delivering joyful experiences. We're looking for a creative and organized Events & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help us bring these moments to life.

Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and manage event catering setups, from weddings and private parties to corporate activations.
  • Handle logistics, scheduling, and coordination with clients and kitchen side.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, including on-site support when needed.
  • Work with the team to create customized event experiences that showcase Churn Ice Cream.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Assist to manage Churn Ice Cream's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels) that align with our brand voice.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to online engagement, messages, and comments.
  • Track performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in event coordination, social media management, or marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative eye for content and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends / public holidays for events.
  • Passion for food, events, and creating memorable customer experiences.
