About The Role
sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO) Functional Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. As the D365 FO Functional Support Consultant, you will manage all incoming support issues, triage, and work with other resources to resolve them as necessary. Main Responsibilities
Be our primary contact for a list of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO) clients.Maintain issue status and communication on open issues with the client.Ensure clients receive a timely response according to sa.global's published support offering.Investigate cases and provide consulting services for multiple clients.Provide development support for customer requests and quoting for any custom work.Record and monitor all incoming request issues in the support system.Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, according to issue urgency and SLA.Assist clients with resolving issues and escalate support requests as required.Report weekly to the Team Lead on the status of all issues.Prepare written technical specifications for modifications undertaken.Perform testing and QA.Liaise with product vendors on issues relevant for our customers or sa.global.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information processed within sa.global.Maintain a professional standard in the workplace and represent the company professionally.Enter timesheets accurately on a weekly basis.Comply with sa.global standards, methodologies, and conventions.Collaborate with our Global teams.Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.Skills And Experience
Experience troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.Excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer-service orientation, and commitment to timely, quality solutions.Knowledge of underlying Microsoft technologies (SQL, Data Analysis, Reporting Services) desirable.Ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner.Positive attitude and patience.Good time management and documentation skills.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Willingness to learn and be challenged.Good presentation and training skills.Enthusiasm to help customers succeed.Constant motivation for learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude.Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.Ability to focus on achieving results.Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner.Business processes knowledge across multiple industries is a plus.Bachelor's or advanced degree in a science- or technology-related field (preferred).Experience in Windows Server Setup, Configuration, and Installation would be an advantage.Microsoft Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO would be an advantage.Seniority level
