Sales Advisor (Mobile Phone Sales) – Ampang

Location : Taman Dagang, Ampang

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Confidently demonstrate and explain features of mobile phones and related services.

Build strong customer relationships by creating a welcoming and professional image.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products.

Answer inquiries via phone and in-store with excellent customer service.

Organize promotional displays and ensure popular products are well-stocked.

Follow up with potential customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.

Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.

Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification : SPM or equivalent.

Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

6 working days per week, on rotational shifts :

Morning Shift : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 45 PM

Afternoon Shift : 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – full training will be provided.

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Malay.
