In this role, you will manage the Kedah and Perlis territory - maintaining and forging new relationships and together with our customers, make healthcare better. This position will be based in Kedah.

What You Will Be Doing :
- Provide monthly sales forecast, meeting sales budget and case support for the assigned product portfolio and sales territory in Kedah & Perlis
- Identify business opportunities, formulate account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans
- Carry out sales & marketing activities, provide support for trade shows and other key events and promotions such as workshops, company receptions etc.
- Conduct regular product in-service and product presentation to the customers
- Build trust and credibility with customers
- Coordinate payment collection following company’s SOP
- Provide regular market / competitor updates
- Prompt complaints handling adhering to company SOP
- Assisting customers enquiries and provide quotation as needed.
- Forecast stock requirement based on the market feedback and quotation participated.
- Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethics
Who We Are Looking For :
Bachelors Degree in Science or Business and other related fields1 to 2 years' medical device sales experienceRelevant experience in Orthopedics portfolio is highly advantageousResults driven and good time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with proven track record in building and maintaining business relationships internally and externallyEnjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional and team oriented environmentStrong business acumen and demonstrated problem solving capabilitiesGood negotiation & communications skillsTravel Percentage : None
