Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working with team from remote
  • Must be able to read and write in Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining daily transaction report.
  • Update and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and generate basic financial reports
  • Assist on tasks assigned by leader.
  • Assist with audits and financial data entry when needed
