Senior Service Automation Engineer (CMDB / Control-M) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Accenture is seeking a Senior Service Automation Engineer with expertise in Control-M and CMDB to optimize and automate IT service management processes, including developing automation solutions, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of CMDB and Control-M in a Unix / Linux environment. Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Senior level engineer with 6-9 years of IT automation and service management experience to design, implement, and maintain automation workflows that enhance IT operations and service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Automation & Orchestration : Implement and manage automation workflows using Control-M to optimize business processes. CMDB Management : Maintain and enhance Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate IT asset tracking. Scripting & Integration : Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell to integrate Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL databases. Monitoring & Optimization : Ensure high availability of automated jobs, troubleshoot failures, and improve system efficiency. Collaboration & Compliance : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with security and compliance standards. Requirements

Mandatory :

Experience in Control-M and CMDB. Scripting :

Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting. Databases :

Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL. OS :
