Job description

Overview

  • To assist Project Manager in proposing interior design, project monitoring, scheduling, management & coordination on site.
  • Prepare BQ, obtain quotations & finalize appointment of contractor / supplier
  • Manage resource requirements & allocation
  • Liaise & coordinate with workers, suppliers, technicians & others in daily work activities
  • Update project status

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years site working experience and minimum 3 years in interior design
  • Solve on-site issues
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess own transport
  • Able to read & understand construction drawings
  • Able to prepare 2D / 3D design using Google SketchUp
  • Knowledge in MEP is an added advantage
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Excel); Google SketchUp is a must
  • Minimum Certificate in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent qualifications
