Senior GL Analyst (Korean speaker)

Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading global Shared Services Center looking to hire an experienced R2R / GL Analyst to support their regional finance operations. If you have a solid understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and intercompany transactions, this is a great opportunity to grow in a structured, multinational environment.

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Language Requirement : Korean Speaker

Salary :   RM5,000 - RM8,000

Key responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and monthly closing

Perform general ledger (GL) reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Manage intercompany transactions, billing, and reconciliations across multiple markets

Assist in balance sheet reviews, audit support, and financial reporting

Support continuous improvement and standardization of accounting processes

Work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, FP&A, Tax, and Country Teams

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–4 years’ experience in R2R, GL, or shared services accounting

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Fluency in English is required; Japanese is a must

Able to work in a fast-paced, regional support environment
