Job description
Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify new sales opportunities
Proactively develop relationships with customers and provide relevant LOBs on the customers feedback on current and future IT solution needs.
Proactively work with relevant Line of Business (LOB) to conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers
To review project, address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
To ensure all sales bid submission, payment collection, present idea when meeting up with clients, inform sharing within team etc.
Requirements
Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / Sales & Marketing / Business Administration.
Min 3 years of experience in IT sales / IT service or relevant industry.
Able to work independently. Sales oriented, initiative driven and good communication.
Good communication in English, Bahasa & Mandarin.
Willing to travel.
