Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close solar project opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales or project team.
- Develop and execute market expansion and client acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Strengthen key client relationships and maintain strong post-sales engagement.
- Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
- Stay current on solar trends, ESG initiatives, and government energy policies.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related technical fields preferred.3–5 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, engineering solution or related technical B2B sales.Experience in Construction / Building / Engineering / Environmental / Waste Management / Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment industries welcome to apply.Proven ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Self-motivated, proactive, and open to travel when required.Driven, strategic, and passionate about clean energy growth.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Your Earn!
