Job description
A leading IT consulting firm in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is looking for an experienced SSC Operations Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in SSC or BPO settings and strong leadership in managing large teams. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP and accounting software, and will ensure compliance with all SOPs and SLAs. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
