Job Summary
We are seeking a high-potential, self-motivated fresh graduate with a strong IT background to join our Management Trainee Program. This role is designed to groom future leaders in technology and business by providing hands-on exposure to strategic operations, digital transformation, and decision-making processes, while directly supporting the Director.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations, project planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
- Conduct data analysis and business process mapping to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Drive digital initiatives and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Perform research and provide strategic recommendations on emerging business and technology trends.
- Review and document Security Operations Center (SOC) processes to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Support the Red Teaming roadmap by contributing to the development of Machine Learning (ML) models.
- Conduct business analysis and design dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate and model effective organizational communication to enhance collaboration and strategic alignment.
