We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications professional to drive compelling storytelling and enhance our brand presence. This role will focus on creating stretegic B2B content, supporting internal communications, and contributing to key corporate reports (investor relations (IR) and PR).

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability & Corporate Reporting

Contribute to the development and production of the Annual and Sustainability Reports , ensuring accuracy, compliance with reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB ), and alignment with the company’s brand and ESG strategy .

Bursa Announcements & Regulatory Communications

Draft, review, and coordinate Bursa Malaysia announcements and other statutory disclosures in collaboration with relevant departments. Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Strategic Content Development

Create high-quality content for various channels — including press releases, leadership speeches, investor updates, sustainability features, and digital platforms — that reflect the company’s purpose and values.

ESG Storytelling

Translate complex sustainability data and business strategies into clear, engaging content that highlights our impact, progress, and long-term commitments.

Internal Communications

Support internal campaigns that promote awareness of the company’s sustainability goals, culture, and initiatives, strengthening employee engagement and alignment with corporate values.

Media & Stakeholder Engagement

Assist in managing media relations, preparing press materials, coordinating interviews, and monitoring ESG-related media coverage.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with sustainability, investor relations, marketing, and HR teams to ensure consistent, credible messaging across all communications channels.

Ideal Candidate

Strong background in corporate or sustainability communications , with experience in Bursa announcements, investor relations, or corporate reporting .

Excellent writing and editing skills , with the ability to turn complex business and ESG information into clear, engaging narratives.

Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB) and corporate disclosure requirements.

Experience developing or contributing to Annual and Sustainability Reports .

Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
