What You’ll Do :
- Own your Territory : You will take full ownership of your assigned region. You will scout, identify, and visit SME business owners who need StoreHub.
- Boots on the Ground : This isn’t a desk job. You will conduct face‑to‑face demos at merchant shops, showing them how to run smarter and scale faster.
- Hunt & Farm : You will proactively hunt for new leads in your area while building long‑term relationships with existing merchants to drive referrals.
- Collaborate : Work with the HQ team to deliver a great customer experience while you manage the local relationships on the ground.
In return, you get access to a base salary, uncapped commission, and travel / mileage allowances. The more you grow your territory, the more you earn.
What You’ll Need :
Mobility is Key : You possess a valid driving license and your own vehicle. You are willing to travel extensively within your assigned territory.Grit & Hustle : Rejection doesn’t stop you; it sharpens you. You aren’t afraid to walk into a shop cold and strike up a conversation.Strong EQ : You read people well, listen better, and can build rapport quickly in a face‑to‑face setting.Fast learner : You’re naturally curious – New tech? New info? You’re on it.Great communicator : You communicate clearly in English, Malay, and / or Mandarin. (Local dialects specific to the territory are a massive bonus!).No degree? No problem.
