Responsibilities

Technical Support and Maintenance : Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for private and hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for data science / AI development, software development, and production environments.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Services Manager and engineering teams to monitor systems, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions while adhering to cost-efficiency and cybersecurity best practices.
Assist in maintaining automation and monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency and incident response times.
Work collaboratively across teams to promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and support professional growth, including actively pursuing and maintaining relevant technical certifications.

Technologies Supported

Core Technologies : Huawei Data Center solutions, HPE servers and storage, Dell servers and storage, VMware for virtualization and private cloud management, Veeam, Veritas, and Commvault for backup and disaster recovery.

Other Technologies : KVM, Nutanix (AHV), Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, NetApp, and PureStorage enterprise-grade storage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience supporting and maintaining at least one hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solution and one traditional 3-tier architecture platform.

At least 6 years of experience in IT support or operations within the software or data center industry, preferably with a focus on private and hybrid cloud environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex technical issues in a timely and structured manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
