With a strong international presence, they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide. Tasks & Responsibilities : 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance job responsibilities, or IT and automation job responsibilities. Result-oriented with the proven ability to drive people to achieve and exceed production KPI. Good in people's communication, production quality controls and engineering analysis skills. Key responsibilities for Maintenance Executive : a) Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance. b) Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. c) Dismantles machinery and removes / replaces defective parts. d) Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments. e) Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders. f) Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance. g) Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. h) Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. i) Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. j) Enforcing Environment-Safety-and Health (ESH), company, industry, and government regulations. k) For those specialize in IT and automation role and responsibilities, to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks. Job title and salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager. Those recruit as the pioneer team will need go to China HQ for few weeks of industrial training. Qualifications & Experience for Maintenance Executive (Equipment, Tooling, IT and Automation) : Proficiency in the Chinese language will be an added advantage. Basic language in Malay and English. High School Certificate, Diploma or Degree in engineering or the related field. Those without Degree and low work experience in industrial maintenance may consider as technician.
