Requirements

  • Get in touch HR manager, executives and business owners.
  • Close deals in Mandarin and English to pitch to SME & international clients.
  • Can hit your numbers. 1M revenue in annual per person.
  • Use AI to sell smarter.
  • A closer in B2B sales for minimum 2 years.
  • Can do both hunting and farming.

Responsibilities

  • You will sell our recruitment solutions & platform to companies who need hire better talents, faster.
  • Get in touch with HR manager, executives and business owners with calls, whatsapp or LinkedIn.
  • Maintain clean CRM with smart data.
  • Feed customer with useful insights & value with confidence.
  • Stay in loop on market shifts & movements.
  • Sit in training & strategy sessions.
  • Persistent even customer didnt buy in the first call & follow up every month.
