Requirements
- Min SPM / Fresh graduate / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in communication using English, and Bahasa Malaysia languages
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Monday – Friday (9am - 6pm), work on Saturday only if there is urgent meeting

Responsibilities
Daily monitor and reply to customer inquiries appropriately across all E-commerce platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best practicesAssisting customers with the ordering process, including order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.Raise dispute and provide evidence for all the claims or penalty from e-commerce platforms.To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to timeBenefits
