The Day-To-Day Activities

To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy / promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid

Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid)

Ensure proper knowledge and training on :

System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge

Product : Full range of products

How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given

Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty

POSM : Latest & up to date POSM

Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence

Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance

Maintain good discipline and performance

Perform trade events, visits and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance

About You

At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment

Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field

Sales driven with good track record

Must possess own transport and willing to travel
