Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can take ownership of full-stack web development — from backend architecture to front‑end delivery and cloud deployment. You’ll lead the technical direction, mentor teammates, and help shape scalable, modern systems built with Laravel and React.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Laravel (backend) and React (frontend).
• Architect robust, maintainable systems and ensure code quality through reviews and standards.
• Guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices in software engineering.
• Design and optimize APIs, caching, and database interactions for high performance.
• Oversee DevOps and deployment processes (CI / CD, containerization).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation, monitor production systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
