Job descriptionTo be in charge of amount issuance and denomination changes for all departments, ensuring all charges are acknowledged in the ticketing system. Verify and collect sales collections from all departments, balance and pack cash for banking the next day, and prepare overall sales reports for Finance. Fill in bank‑in slips and cash‑in transaction reports, print close shift reports, and maintain sales collection records. Prepare wristbands, tickets, and vouchers requested by the sales department for functions via the gsm system, including new requests, returns, and revalidations. Record all printouts and acknowledge by sales personnel. Be in charge of all the manual wristbands kept for emergency and maintain stock usage records. Record all types of tickets for group functions and tour groups, including food coupons, vouchers, and cash vouchers. Ensure skimming is done regularly, tallying skimming amounts with tokens issued and monitoring variances for irregular patterns. Perform any other duties as requested by the Department Head and Finance Manager. Minimum Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage. Possess good interpersonal skills while interacting with guests, patrons, and employees. Able to work under minimal supervision and produce maximum productivity. Must be able to work in shifts, on weekends, public holidays, and whenever required to cater business needs. Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD WATER PARK, SUNWAY CITY, IPOH, PERAK.
