Technology Consulting - Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Join our dynamic Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team as we support high-impact digital transformation programmes across the Government sector. We are looking for passionate and driven professionals who thrive on designing strategies, driving change, and delivering technology-enabled transformation in the public sector.

As a Senior Associate or Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects related to Digital Strategy, IT PMO, and Public Sector Transformation Initiatives . You will work alongside a high-performing team to support national digital agendas, shape transformation roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, benchmarks, and insights relevant to client's digital initiatives.
• Assist in formulating digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and investment cases aligned to client goals and national digital blueprints.
• Support the development of stakeholder presentations, reports, and workshop materials to communicate key recommendations.
• Provide structured support in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering, innovation, and technology adoption within public sector organisations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct analyses, and contribute to solutioning and implementation plans.
