Work closely with Lead of MyHeart Platform, TalentCorp Group IT Management & Information System and relevant vendor in developing, implementing and maintaining MyHeart platform (facilitation, database, etc.)

Act as the primary liaison for platform-related matters, translating program requirements into system functionalities

Coordinate and oversee platform improvement initiatives from feature enhancement to user interface design and backend functionality and ensuring each update supports MyHeart Facilitation’s strategic direction.

Manage and respond to technical queries from portal users with professionalism and efficiency. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and elevate technical issues to the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team or vendors when necessary, ensuring issues are resolved promptly with minimal disruption to user experience.

Monitor and analyze user journeys, behavioral patterns, and platform analytics to identify usability challenges and improvement opportunities. Propose data-driven solutions and UX / UI enhancements to improve accessibility, engagement, and satisfaction among Malaysian diaspora users.

Track platform KPIs, uptime, and performance metrics through dashboards and analytics tools. Provide regular insights and recommendations for system optimization, workflow automation, and improved data interoperability to support strategic decision-making and service delivery excellence.

Ensure timely updates of program information, diaspora services, and relevant resources on the platform to maintain content accuracy and relevance

Work collaboratively with other MyHeart Facilitation business unit in delivering relevant facilitations available for Malaysian Diaspora.

Assist with the production and on-going maintenance of detailed, accurate and consistent monthly reporting of programmes, engagements and facilitations for Malaysian diaspora.

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the platform, including scheduling updates, user onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth system facilitation.

Oversee administrative tasks and support finance-related processes, including vendor invoices, budget tracking, and expenditure reporting.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

All other duties as requested by the management

Solid technical background (min 3 years), preferably in the fields of computer science with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Experience in managing development and continuous improvement of digital product is preferred.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (both written and verbal)
