Responsibilities

• Perform detailed proofreading of labeling content.
• Ensure that labeling updates reflect all the requested content and / or changes.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable industry and corporate policies; possess a working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Document Control departments' relevant procedures.
• Respond to requests for labeling change updates / statuses.
• Responsible for interactions with internal labeling staff and labeling customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of labeling proofreading projects.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees to achieve department goals and objectives and maintain good employee relations.
• Adhere to and ensure the compliance of all company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Support audits if needed.
• Provide general administrative back‑up as required.
