Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team in Malaysia or Singapore . The role will support the successful execution of IT projects for a leading life sciences company, with a focus on Data and Process Improvement (PI) initiatives. This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Assist in managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases for assigned IT projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Support IT project governance by adhering to the organization’s project management standards and methodologies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Provide status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
