Astra Family (Astra Baby Sdn. Bhd.) seeks a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team across Malaysia and ASEAN markets. This pivotal role will steer our marketing direction, champion brand growth, and unify all aspects of marketing, from creative to digital, product forecasting to campaign execution. As our Head of Marketing, you’ll : -Own and lead the marketing strategy across Malaysia and other priority markets. -Oversee all marketing pillars : brand management, digital marketing, performance ads, creative development, trade, and retail campaigns, and product ordering / forecasting. -Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for Astra Baby in Malaysia, aligning brand, digital, creative, and product marketing efforts. -Oversee and coordinate marketing activities across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns. -Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance. -Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance. -Collaborate closely with the CEO to align marketing with business objectives and sales growth. -Develop actionable insights from data to optimize campaigns, budgets, and brand performance. -Manage a marketing team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and supervise external agencies and partners. -Ensure consistent brand voice and strategic alignment across all customer touchpoints.
