About the role

Duplex Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our thriving renovation company.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
Supervising and managing a team of skilled construction workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance and support
Liaising with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Maintaining detailed records of project progress, expenses, and workforce utilisation
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site supervisor or foreman role within the retail renovation industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
