What you'll be doing

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across commercial and industrial segments.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders : developers, consultants, government agencies, and large commercial clients.
  • Present and promote renewable energy solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Undertaking pricing, payment terms, high-value negotiations and contract closures.
  • Represent Hasilwan at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights into product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
  • Deliver monthly sales reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior / Senior Management team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in B2B sales within solar PV, energy efficiency, or electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia’s renewable energy market and incentive programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, results-driven, and open to nationwide travel.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of solar PV / energy systems.
