What you'll be doing
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across commercial and industrial segments.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders : developers, consultants, government agencies, and large commercial clients.
- Present and promote renewable energy solutions with confidence and clarity.
- Undertaking pricing, payment terms, high-value negotiations and contract closures.
- Represent Hasilwan at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights into product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
- Deliver monthly sales reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular performance reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior / Senior Management team.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.Proven success in B2B sales within solar PV, energy efficiency, or electrical systems.Strong understanding of Malaysia’s renewable energy market and incentive programs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Independent, results-driven, and open to nationwide travel.Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of solar PV / energy systems.What we offer
