Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project sponsor and other stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for the implementations and integrations of systems
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities and objectives.
• Assist in prioritizing user stories based on business value, dependencies, and constraints.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects the current state of the project and business needs.
• Organize and facilitate Agile / Waterfall ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile / Waterfall principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and make decisions collaboratively.
• Coordinate with development teams to prepare for sprint demos.
• Present completed user stories and demonstrate functionality to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders during sprint demos and incorporate insights into future iterations.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans and test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist in executing UAT test cases and validating functionality against user requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address any issues identified during UAT and ensure successful resolution.
