Responsibilities
- Develop and update test plan / specs to support production and NPI / special builds.
- Perform product characterization and correlation between testers.
- Provide support in developing test hardware / software.
- Analyze yield issues at test area and provide feedbacks to assembly line or wafer fabs.
- Establish Control Chart monitoring in test and burn in area.
- Work with production team in improving yield and UPH of the assigned processes, including cost reduction activities.
- Resolve test issues diligently and apply FMEA and statistical engineering tools for logical problem solving.
- Responsible in writing and maintaining test process documentations and work instructions.
- Support NPI process development, optimization and improvement prior to product transfer to production.
Qualifications
Master / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical.Minimum 3 years’ working experience in product, test or product transfers into Production domain with major in mechanical manufacturing / electronic engineering related or material.Understand basic test methodologies and able to interpret / read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot product and test equipment issues and initiatives to drive performance goals.Working Conditions
