What’s the job?

• You will oversee day-to-day operations of the sanctions screening team, ensuring timely resolution of alerts and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on complex cases and escalation protocols.
• Review and approve escalated alerts and decisions, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor team performance, allocate workloads, and support resource planning based on operational needs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and deliver feedback to support team development and performance improvement.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to resolve issues and enhance screening processes.
• Support system tuning, testing, upgrades, and vendor-related activities to optimize sanctions screening tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global sanctions regimes and ensure team awareness of regulatory changes.
• Prepare and deliver MI reports, metrics, and dashboards to track performance and identify sanctions risk trends.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and training materials for the screening function.
